The Role
We are looking for a BDR with strong drive to drive sales pipeline creation at Inretrn.
In this role you own the pipeline build up - from data research, prospecting and first contact, qualification of deals, to handover to senior sales executives.
We are currently hiring a mix of sales reps, including individuals who can take regional ownership for Norway or Denmark as part of our continued market expansion.
You will operate with great autonomy but also work closely with everyone in the sales team and play a key role in expanding our business across the Nordics. This is a role that requires strong self-leadership and high outreach activity.
Your responsibilities
· Identify, prospect, and qualify new customers
· Research to understand high level needs and value proposition of Inretrn
· Conduct high volume outreach via phone, email and other channels to book meetings with relevant stakeholders
· Ensure high structure, accuracy, and quality in CRM
· Leverage modern tech to work efficiently

Relevant background:
· BDR / SDR in B2B sales of ERP systems, SaaS products, or logistics solutions, or
· efficiently built AI-powered agent/tools proven to build strong sales pipeline
