Demand Generation Manager
Build the pipeline engine of a company defining a new category in commerce. Own the function from day one, see your work turn into revenue, and grow fast.
Demand Generation Manager
If you want to build something from the ground up, own a function, see it turn into revenue, and help define a category - this one's for you.
We're inretrn. We're building the category that commerce has been missing.
Most brands treat post-purchase as the end of the transaction. We treat it as the beginning of the next one. Returns, exchanges and claims aren't just operational overhead - they're where margin gets won or lost, where customers decide if they come back, and where most companies are still stuck doing things manually.
Inretrn is the engine that changes that. We automate the decisions that used to live in spreadsheets, inboxes and warehouse workarounds, so brands like Stadium, Nelly, Nudie Jeans, Gina Tricot and J.Lindeberg can scale without adding headcount, and make every product count.
We're a small team with real traction and a clear category to own. The people who join now will shape what this company becomes.
Why this role exists
We're growing. And growth needs a pipeline engine behind it.
How buyers discover companies is changing fast, they don't just search on Google, they ask questions in AI tools. That means owning how we get discovered, and converting that discovery into revenue, is now a strategic function.
This role exists to build that engine.
What you'll own
Pipeline. Not traffic. Not leads. Pipeline — from first touch to booked meeting.
Capture demand across search and AI
Own how inretrn gets discovered on Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and wherever high-intent buyers are looking
Build and scale our SEO engine - pillar content, clusters, conversion
Own GEO, structure content so it gets cited by LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, not just ranked by Google
Continuously improve visibility for the topics our buyers actually search for
Convert demand into meetings
Own and iterate on landing pages - demo, ROI calculator, use cases, webinars
Drive CRO across the funnel from visitor to booked meeting
Improve forms, flows, messaging and conversion paths
Build journeys that move prospects from curiosity to action
Build a scalable pipeline engine
Launch and iterate on campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
Set up retargeting loops across LinkedIn, Google and CRM
Work closely with paid agencies, but own the strategy and the outcomes
Ensure tracking is accurate and tied to revenue, not vanity metrics
Work tightly with sales
Align on ICP and target accounts
Understand what actually converts into deals
Optimize based on real pipeline and closed-won insights
Close the gap between marketing activity and revenue impact
What success looks like
Pipeline that grows consistently, month over month
Higher conversion from traffic to meetings
Clear visibility into what drives closed-won deals
Marketing directly tied to revenue, not just activity
Who you are
You have 3–6 years of B2B SaaS experience and you think in pipeline, not campaigns. You're strong in SEO, CRO and performance fundamentals. You've worked closely with sales and you know that the point of marketing is deals, not awareness scores.
You execute. You don't wait for perfect conditions or the right brief. You build things, measure what happens, and improve.
What we offer
A high-trust environment where you own your function from day one.
Direct access to leadership.
Work that connects to real revenue outcomes.
The chance to build the pipeline engine of a company that's defining a new category in commerce.
And a workplace where we value loud laughs.
