So what is the role about? 🌟

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. You will lead a strong cross-functional product team focusing on specific areas within our product offering. You will work with the end-to-end product lifecycle from insights and discovery to shipping new features.

Together with your team, you will execute on our product vision and roadmap by creating and delivering innovative solutions that solve everyday business problems – focusing on outcomes, not just output.

What you will do ✅

Your responsibilities include:

• Own the roadmap and product backlog for your area, in close collaboration with Product Leadership and aligned with our overall strategy.

• Shape the vision for new features in line with our product vision, and take responsibility for the outcome from discovery through delivery and optimization.

• Drive product discovery together with your team and stakeholders across the company.

• Validate insights, priorities, roadmap and release plans proactively with stakeholders.

• Lead prioritization, planning, backlog refinement, reviews and other ceremonies together with your Tech Lead and team.

• Define success metrics and follow up on the impact of your initiatives.

• Safeguard the quality of your domain together with your team, and act quickly on business-critical bugs and errors.

• Analyze data, trends and customer feedback to continuously improve our products.

• Enable Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Support and other teams with knowledge of new features and products.

• Help develop the product team's processes and ways of working.

Your team and manager 🤜🤛

You will join our product team, reporting to Kristofer Hillhammar, our CPO. You will work closely with Kristofer and our other Product Manager, Alex, and in your cross-functional team with a Tech Lead and our fantastic developers, supported by our CTO, Torbjörn.
We collaborate closely to enable high velocity, experimentation and structure for the team.

Are you the one we are looking for? 🥇

You are a curious team player who generously shares ideas and learnings, while being eager to hear other people's views. You enjoy analyzing how products and features are used and how they provide value to customers. You have strong communication skills and are used to working closely with customers.
We believe you have at least 3 years of relevant experience from previous Product Management / Product Owner roles, preferably from a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You have experience working with engineering teams and agile methods and are fluent in both English and Swedish.
